Refund policy

MSL Software Solutions strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you are unsatisfied at any time in development, you can request a refund. In this case, for any client unsatisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 15 days from the date of the first installment. After deducting the service tax and hourly charges for our completed work, the refund will be made. If paying by credit card, refunds will be transferred to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase, and in the case of debit card / net banking payments, the refund will be made to the same account. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy :

Customers can cancel their requested services within 15 Days; refunds will be returned to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
